Who you are contracting with
BlueskyStudio.ai is a trading name of Bluesky IT Services LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. Our registered address is available on request at contact@blueskyaisolutions.com, and appears in full on every invoice we issue. These terms apply to everything ordered through this website or agreed with us by email or Telegram.
Monthly plans
Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew on the same day each month until you stop them. There is no contract and no minimum term. Each plan states how many active requests you may have at once and the turnaround per request — 5 working days on Essentials, 2 on Growth, same day for small requests on Studio — counted from the moment we have everything we need from you. Revisions are unlimited: we work on a request until you are satisfied or you withdraw it. Unused capacity does not roll over into the following month, because the thing you are paying for is the availability.
Cancelling or pausing a plan
You cancel or pause by telling us, in writing, before your next renewal date — an email is enough and no reason is needed. You keep everything delivered up to that point, with full rights. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not refund the month in progress, and we finish any request already in the queue. If we cannot deliver what a plan promises in a given month, we say so first and refund that month.
Fixed-price projects
Projects are quoted at a fixed price with a dated schedule agreed before work starts, and billed 50% to begin and 50% on delivery unless we agree otherwise in writing. Each milestone includes two full rounds of revisions. Changes that go beyond what was agreed are quoted separately before we do them — never added to an invoice as a surprise. If you cancel a project midway, you pay for the stage completed and you keep it.
Refunds
Design work is made for you and cannot be returned, so we do not offer refunds on work already delivered and accepted. We do refund in three cases: a plan month in which we failed to deliver what the plan promises; a project we cancel or cannot start; and a duplicate or mistaken charge. Ask by email and we settle it within 14 days, to the original payment method.
Who owns the work
You do. On full payment, all rights in the final deliverables transfer to you for unlimited commercial use, worldwide, with the source files included and nothing licensed back to us. Until an invoice is paid, the work remains ours. We use AI tools during exploration and production, with human direction and human final decisions; where a third-party asset is used under licence — a typeface, a stock image — we tell you which and what the licence allows before delivery.
Showing the work
We may show completed work in our portfolio and on our social accounts, and we identify clearly which pieces are client work and which are our own products or concept work. If you would rather we did not show yours, tell us and we will not — before or after delivery, without needing a reason.
What we need from you
Delivery times assume you give us the brief, brand materials and approvals we ask for. You confirm that anything you send us — logos, text, photographs, data — is yours to use, and that our using it in your project infringes nobody's rights. If a project stalls waiting for you for more than 30 days, we may pause it and re-plan the dates when you come back.
What we do not promise
We promise craft, schedule and rights — not business outcomes. We do not guarantee sales, rankings, follower growth or any specific commercial result from a design, and no page of this website should be read as promising one. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the work the claim concerns.
Prices, taxes and changes
Prices on this site are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply where you are; as a US entity we do not charge EU VAT, and if you are a business in the EU the reverse charge applies. We can change published prices at any time, but a price is fixed once we have quoted it to you, and a plan's price is fixed for as long as your subscription runs without interruption. These terms may change; the version that governs your order is the one published on the day you place it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Before anything else, write to us: contact@blueskyaisolutions.com. Every dispute we have ever had was a misunderstanding solved by an email, and we would like to keep it that way.
