Frequently Asked Questions

How does the monthly partner work?
You send requests as they come up — in a shared board or straight over Telegram. We work through them in order and deliver on the turnaround your plan promises. Plans renew monthly: no contract, no minimum term, and you can pause or cancel whenever you want.
How long does a project take?
A brand identity system takes 2 to 3 weeks, a website 3 to 4, a product design 4 to 6. You get a dated schedule before we start and something to look at every week — no silence until delivery day.
Can I request revisions?
On retainers revisions are unlimited — we work until it's right. On projects you get two full revision rounds at each milestone, which in practice has always been enough.
Do I own the rights to the final work?
Yes. Once your project is complete and paid you have full commercial rights to everything we deliver, source files included. Nothing is licensed back to us.
Why don't you sell cheaper one-off pieces?
Because a logo on its own rarely fixes anything, and a $20 thumbnail buys you a file, not a brand. We'd rather work on the whole picture — as your ongoing partner, or on a project big enough to change how your business looks.
What if I need something outside my plan?
We quote it as a project — and if you're on a retainer, the price comes down and you go to the front of the queue.
